The view was beautiful and we were able to relax by the pool. the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities for our stay. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area and attractions.

the staff was unhelpful and didn't make us feel welcome, and there was a general lack of hospitality.

The location was beautiful for us. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Jasri district. We loved villa mandala. Bali chocolate factory is around the corner...

I loved the fine views of the ocean from my villa and the spacious pool area. The super friendly staff made my stay more fun and the delicious, freshly prepared food was a standout. It was great to escape the crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet of this location.

The hotel was difficult to find and the language barrier with the staff made it even more challenging. the Wi-Fi was very poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had a few minor issues during our stay, such as some delays with food delivery and the lack of available credit card facilities. However, these were quickly resolved and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
